How billing actually works.

How do you count students?

Once a year, on your fall enrollment count — and EdRova computes it automatically from your own live records, so there's nothing to report and no true-up audit. Students who enroll mid-year are free until the next count.

What about payment processing?

If your school takes online payments, the processor's standard rates apply — set by the processor, passed through with no EdRova markup. Your school chooses which payment methods to accept, and EdRova never adds a fee of its own to a family's payment.

Is there a contract?

No. You stay because EdRova keeps earning its place. Your data lives in the open OneRoster standard and exports cleanly any day you ask — you can leave as easily as you joined.
